Una clínica en la que se hace lo que se dice y "se dice lo que se hace". El único secreto es el trabajo duro que se lleva a cabo a través de un diagnóstico absolutamente exhaustivo de cada paciente. Esfuerzo y dedicación total son el "leitmotiv"; el día a día esa "sin prisas" pero "sin pausas" y se trata a los pacientes de manera totalmente personalizada. Ha sido una suerte poder disfrutar toda una semana de Chomin, Javier y Pablo y me han hecho sentir tan cómoda como si estuviera en mi propia casa.

¡¡Amenazo con volver!!

I spent five days at Martin Goenaga Clinic and it was the best divinal experience ever. The clinic is very well organized and Dr. Domingo with his team work with passion. There is always enough time for a patient and at each visit the attention is being paied to the even smallest details of the treatment objetives.
There is no rush, everything is being done with a perfection. Complex diagnostic tools, taking data (photos) at each visit and analizing them before next, the great knowledge of Domingo, Amaia and Teresa that’s what makes this place a perfect space to learn excellence of orthodontics.
Domingo here I convinced myself that what Domingo teaches at the courses is that he does on each patient in his clinic.

My stay in your office was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is so nice and everybody is so friendly, willing to answer all questions despite the fact they have a lot of wole to do.
I was impressed by Domingo’s attitude toward his patients – he treats them as they all were so dear to him.
I’ve learned a lot and I found incredible the way the called all the data -all the photos and documentation are just perfect (despite a bit of saliva on photos from time to time 🙂 )
It’s so uncommon to see a patient for a control after 10-14 years after treatment -of course stable and in this office it happens regularly.
For a 1st time in my life I’ve seen somebody explaining everything to patient/parents (f.ex treatment plan) in such do easy way to understand using drawings Domingo is making in front of them and showing short films he does his best so they could understand the way the treatment will take place and last but not least -no rush in the office- they work in a way they can spend as much time as needed with a patient, giving him/her all the necesary care. If I was obliged to describe the office in one word it would be “perfection” and in two: “perfection” and “stable condylar position” 🙂

I will start by thanking so much Dr. Martin for giving me the chance to visit his office and for the opportunity of seeing how everything is really done here.

I am really impressed with how everything is so well organized and how everybody is so serious and gives all their best interest in tracking every single case.

First of all i have to say that i admire Dr. Domingo for all patience and for the fact that he takes a lot of time to analise every phase of treatment. I do believe that small things make the difference and he pays attention to all the details, that is why the cases are astonishing.
I was also impressed that everybody else in the office knows exactly what they need to do and they work really hard for having the best results.

And i do think that the one thing that makes a great difference for this office is that Dr. Martin also fixed the time to talk to his patients, also about their problems, achievements, etc, wich is admiring.

Ha sido un honor y un privilegio haber tenido la posibilidad de pasar una semana con este gran grupo de profesionales. Realmente me habéis hecho sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.

Cuando el Dr. Martín me confirmó mi vista a la clínica me hice grandes expectativas. Debo decir que éstas no sólo se vieron cumplidas sino ampliamente superadas.

En primer lugar, el equipo de trabajo es excelente. Todo está perfectamente organizado, las funciones repartidas y se siente justamente eso, trabajo en equipo. En segundo lugar, el ambiente es bueno, relajado, uno siente que se trabaja y se pasa bien. Hay buena onda!! como dirían en mi país. Por último, el nivel de ortodoncia, diagnóstico y de ejecución es impecable. Se busca excelencia y se consigue. He visto hacer las cosas bien, tomar las decisiones correctas que no siempre son ni las más fáciles ni las más rápidas. He aprendido cómo se debe explicar al paciente para que entienda y acepte un tratamiento.

Me siento muy afortunada por esta experiencia. Tanto el Dr. Martín como los Dres. Valenzuela y Maté me han hecho sentir increíblemente cómoda, entre interesantes charlas, explicaciones y por qué no, risas. Siento que no me han negado nada, que me han abierto las puertas y por esto debo decir, MUCHAS GRACIAS!!!

Una vez más he comprobado con enorme satisfacción que la excelencia profesional va de la mano de la calidad humana.

It was perfect learning visit. Domingo is a great teacher and he has a lot of patience to explain things and answer all the questions. Which will make my life at work a lot easier. I could observe everything in the clinic. Everybody is friendly and helpfull. I learned some about TMJ. I’m sure that I’ll attend FACE course, because there are lots of things to learn about TMJ patients and splints. The observation in this clinic give me an aspect about treating TMJ patients correctly and early treatment approaches.
